Free Express Shipping
All orders ship with Express Shipping — free. There are no shipping charges added at checkout, regardless of order size or destination.
Production Time
Because every card tool is made to order with your branding, production time comes before shipping. Timeframes depend on your chosen printing method:

Production begins after your artwork is finalized and your mockup is approved — not at the time of purchase. Delays in approving your proof will push your ship date back accordingly.
Critical Delivery Dates
Have a trade show, event, or hard deadline? Tell us before you complete your purchase. We can usually push your order through production to meet your date if we have early notice. Email info@customcardtools.com or call (443) 457-9174 with your in-hands date.
Artwork & Mockups
We provide free digital mockups. You can build your own using our AI Mockup Visualizer or design lab, or email us your logo files and we'll create one for you.
For best results, send vector files (.eps, .ai, .pdf). High-resolution images work too — at least 600x600px. If you're unsure about your files, get in touch and we'll help.
Transit Time
Express Shipping transit times vary by destination and are quoted separately from production time. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Packaging
Each multi-tool card ships in an individual black plastic pouch. Folding knife cards ship in clear plastic packaging. Custom-printed pouches and custom packaging are available on request — ask us before ordering, as these may affect your production timeline.
Samples
We're happy to send generic product samples to business customers at no charge before you place a larger order. Email us your shipping address to request one. Custom samples with your own design are also available.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order. Customs processing may add delays beyond our carrier's estimates.
Please note: some of our products — including folding knife cards and multi-tools — are subject to import restrictions in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the product can be legally imported to their destination before ordering. Shipments seized or refused by customs are not eligible for refund.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product and we'll make it right.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it doesn't turn up within 3 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
Split Shipments
Large bulk orders may ship in multiple boxes, occasionally on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
