Can you accommodate orders with a critical delivery date?

Yes. Please advise before completing your purchase if you have a critical delivery date so we can ensure you get your order on time! We can usually push your order through production to accommodate if we have early notice.

What printing options are available for customization?

We have 3 types of printing available. Screen Printing, Laser Etching and Digital Printing. More details about printing options can be found on our Design Ideas page.

How long does it take to produce the multi tool with color printing or laser etching?

  • Color Printing: 14 - 21 Days
  • Laser Etch Printing: 5 - 10 Days

Can I request samples of the multi tool before placing a larger order?

Yes we will happily provide you with generic samples of our products before you place an order. Please send us an email requesting a sample and let us know your shipping address. We only send samples to business customers.

What color options are available for the multi tool?

Our standard colors for the multi tool cards are Black and Silver. However we can do any custom color you like. Let us know your Pantone color code if you need a specific color.

What are the dimensions of the card tools?

Our tools are all design to be easily carried in a wallet or purse. Our most popular multi tool cards are 85mm x 54mm or 3.4inch x 2.1inch. They are 1.2mm thick

Are there any quantity-based discounts available?

Yes we offer significant discounts for bulk purchases. Pricing breakdowns are shown on the product pages

How are the individual cards packaged?

Each multi-tool card is packed into a black plastic pouch. We can also print your logo on the pouch by request.

The custom folding knives are packed in clear plastic packaging.

We also offer custom packaging so please let us know if you would like something else.

Can I create a tool in a different shape?

Yes. Please get in touch for completely custom cards. We typically require a minimum order of 1000 cards for new designs

Can I design my own multi tool using my own artwork?

Yes! We have an online mock-up generator that will let you customize the products with your logo, color and text selections. There are some limitations with this software so feel free to email us your files and design requests and we can create a mock-up for you. We can also email you the base image files if you wish to create your own design in Adobe Illustrator.

What file type or image resolution do I need?

We prefer vector format logo files for printing such as .eps .ai or .pdf. However we can work with high resolution images. Images should be at least 600x600px. But don't worry, if you have any issues with this please get in touch, we can help!
